3 drops Sage oil

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 175°C (approximately 350°F). Lightly grease a loaf pan with clarified butter and dust with breadcrumbs. Mix together the ground almonds, eggs, breadcrumbs, sage oil, clarified butter, salt and pepper until smooth. Spread the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Remove the cake from the oven and cool slightly before removing from the loaf pan. Cut into slices and serve warm.
