300 grams Bologna sausage
300 grams Sliced cheese (such as Gouda, Emmental)
2 Pickled cucumbers
6 Tbsps Pickling liquid
1 Red Bell pepper
1 bunch scallions
80 grams Mayonnaise
150 grams Whipped cream
2 Tbsps Mustard
2 Tbsps Worcestershire sauce
salt

4 hardboiled eggs

Preparation steps

1.

Cut sausage and cheese into thin strips. Slice pickles. Rinse and dry bell pepper, halve and remove seeds and ribs, cut into thin strips. Rinse and dry scallions, cut into rings. 

2.

Whisk mayonnaise with sour cream, mustard, pickling liquid and Worcestershires sauce. Toss all salad ingredients with the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Place into bowls, garnish with peeled and quartered eggs. 

3.

Serve with crispy breadsticks, if desired.
