4 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp Tomato paste

½ tsp Curry powder
100 milliliters dry Red wine
250 milliliters Vegetable broth
400 milliliters pureed Tomatoes
Tabasco sauce (to taste)

Preparation steps

Peel onion, halve and cut into 3-4 mm (approximately 1/4-inch) wide strips. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Cut the sausage into 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inch) long pieces. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the sausages until browned, remove and set aside. Add onions to the same pan, stir in the tomato paste and cook briefly. Season with salt and pepper and add paprika, bay leaf and curry. Add the wine, broth and the pureed tomatoes and simmer everything for about 10 minutes. Stir in sausage and season with hot-pepper sauce before serving.
