80 grams Margarine
4 Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
1 Red onion
50 grams black olives (pitted)
100 grams Feta
freshly ground pepper
mint (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the sandwich bread slightly. Allow to cool and then spread with margarine.

2.

Rinse the tomatoes and cucumber and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Cut the olives into slices. Crumble the Feta.

3.

Distribute the ingredients over 4 slices of toast and season with a little salt and pepper. Shower with mint leaves, to taste.

4.

Cover with the remaining toast slices, press down lightly and serve cut in half diagonally.
