Preparation steps

1.

Melt butter in a pan, add ham, fry until crisp and remove from the pan. Fry eggs on both sides in the pan. Toast bread. Spread toast slices with ketchup, cream cheese and mayonnaise.

2.

Arrange lettuce, tomato, bacon, eggs and sprouts on half of bread pieces. Cover with remaining toast slices. Cut in half diagonally and serve garnished with basil.
