Preparation steps

1.

Cut the ham into thin slices. Peel and grate the horseradish into thin strips. Cut the butter, as desired, with a crinkle-cut knife. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Rinse the tomatoes, cut out the stalks and cut into thin columns. Rinse the herbs and shake dry.

Arrange everything on a beautiful wooden board and serve with fresh brown bread.
