- 4 Salmon (150 grams or 5 ounces each)
- salt
- Sea salt (for sprinkling)
- 1 tsp Lemon pepper
- 4 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps soybean oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 4 scallions
- addditional scallions (for garnish)
- 400 grams thin Tagliatelle

Preparation steps

Drizzle the salmon with lemon juice and let stand for 5 minutes. Rinse and trim the scallions. Chop the whites finely, and the green tops into thin rings. Cook the noodles according to package directions in boiling salted water until al dente. Pat the salmon dry and season with lemon pepper.

Cook the salmon in a lightly oiled grill pan on both sides until golden brown. Drain the pasta and mix with the butter. Arrange the noodles on warm plates and set a slice of salmon on each. Garnish with scallions, sprinkle lightly with sea salt and serve immediately.
