2 Limes (juiced)
2 tsps grated Lime zest

100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
50 grams Whipped cream
1 Red chili pepper
8 Wooden skewers

Preparation steps

1.

Cut salmon into thin strips, about 5 cm long (approximately 2 inches long). Thread onto small wooden skewers or toothpicks.

Mix 1 teaspoon lime zest with half of the lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Rinse cilantro, shake dry, strip leaves from stems, chop and mix with lime juice. Pour marinade over salmon skewers, cover and marinate about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.

3.

Mix yogurt with creme fraiche. Rinse and halve chile, remove seeds and ribs and cut into very thin strips. Mix chile strips with yogurt. Season with remaining lime zest, juice, salt and pepper. Drain salmon skewers and serve with yogurt dip.
