- 80 grams Sour cream
- 1 tsp freshly grated Horseradish
- salt
- 4 slices white bread
- 200 grams Smoked salmon
- 1 Tbsp scallions

Preparation steps

Combine sour cream with horseradish season with a little salt. Cut white bread slices in half and spread with horseradish and sour cream mixture.
