- 6 slices Toast
- 500 grams Salmon
- 1 shallot
- 1 Tbsp Horseradish cream (from a jar)
- lemon juice
- freshly ground peppers
- Caviar (if desired)

Preparation steps
1.
Toast bread until golden brown and cut diagonally into triangles.

Rinse salmon, pat dry and finely chop.
3.
Peel shallot and very finely chop. Mix shallot in a bowl with salmon and horseradish cream and season with lemon juice and pepper. Spread salmon mixture on toast slices. Arrange salmon canapes on a plate. If desired garnish with caviar on top of each slice and serve.
