8 big Lettuce (Romaine salad)
1 bunch Radish
1 bunch Chives
6 Tbsps Cottage cheese
salt

4 ozs fine slices Turkey ham (8 thin slices of turkey ham; smoked)

Preparation steps

1.

Clean, wash and spin dry the lettuce leaves. Finely dice radishes. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Mix radishes with cottage cheese and chives and season with salt and pepper.

2.

Lay 2 salad leaves slightly overlapping on each other and cover each with 2 slices of ham. Spread a thin layer of cheese mixture on the salad leaves, leaving some space between the edges.

3.

Wrap the lettuce leaves inwards and wrap relatively tightly into wraps. Wrap lettuce wraps in sandwich paper and chill until ready to eat.
