Preparation steps

Warm the tortillas according to package instructions. Peel the eggs and cut into quarters. Mix the salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil to make a marinade. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into eighths.

Rinse the lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces. Place everything in a bowl and toss gently with the marinade. Arrange the salad on the tortillas, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and roll up into a wrap.
