Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce, pat dry and cut into strips. Peel shallot. Drain pepperoncini. Cut shallots and pepperoncini into rings. Rinse sprouts gently and let drain. Rinse tomatoes, remove stem and cut into cubes.

Mix tomato paste in a bowl with sambal oelek. Place tortilla on a work surface and spread with tomato paste mixture. Cover with lettuce leaves and top with chicken salad. Arrange shallots, pepperoncini, sprouts, tomatoes and corn on top.

3.

Tightly roll tortillas around filling and wrap in plastic wrap for easy transport.
