100 grams lamb's lettuce
100 grams Arugula
½ Oak leaf lettuce
200 grams Blue cheese
50 grams whole almonds
1 small onion
5 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 tablespoons Wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Mustard
salt

1 ripened Pear
1 lemon juice

Preparation steps

Rinse the lettuces and shake dry. Separate the leaves and tear the oak leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Remove the hard stems from the arugula. Cut the almonds lengthways into slices with a sharp knife and lightly toast in a dry skillet. Cut the onion into very small pieces.

For the dressing, mix the oil, mustard and vinegar and season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the pear, cut into eighths, remove the core and brush with lemon juice.

Mix the salad with the dressing and transfer to plates. Crumble the cheese over the top and serve garnished with two pear slices.
