400 grams mixed Cold cuts (sausage, ham sausage, Tiroler, Stuttgart liver cheese)
1 small Cucumber
1 yellow onion
2 Tomatoes
1 bunch parsley
3 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps vegetable oil
salt (pepper)

Preparation steps

1.

Remove skin from sausages and cut into thin slices or small pieces. Rinse cucumber, trim ends, and thinly slice. Peel, halve and thinly slice onions. Rinse tomatoes and cut into eighths.

Rinse and finely chop parsley. Mix together all prepared salad ingredients in a bowl. To make vinaigrette: Whisk together vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss vinaigrette with salad to combine. Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
