6 Tbsps olive oil
250 grams lamb's lettuce
1 tsp honey
4 Tbsps balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

Cut feta into 16 cubes and wrap each with a slice of bacon. Peel onions and cut into wedges. Thread onion wedges and 2 cheese pieces onto each wooden skewer. Rinse thyme, shake dry and strip leaves. Stir thyme leaves together with 2 tablespoons oil. Brush skewers with thyme-oil. Grill (or cook in a grill pan), turning occasionally until golden-brown, about 8 minutes.

Rinse lettuce and spin dry. Arrange lettuce on plates. Whisk together remaining oil with honey and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the skewers on the salad and drizzle with the dressing.

Garnish to taste with caramelized nuts.
