- For the salad
- 2 large Chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsps clarified butter
- ½ small Lettuce
- 1 romaine Lettuce
- 80 grams Olives (black, pitted)
- ½ Cucumber
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 onion (red)
- 3 Tbsps Beets
- 150 grams Feta (crumbled)
- For the dressing
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 6 Tbsps White vinegar
- 3 Tbsps Vegetable broth
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps

For the salad, rinse the lettuces, trim, spin dry and tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the cucumber, peel and cut into slices. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into wedges. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings.

Grill the chicken in a grill pan in butter until golden brown, halve and then cut into thick slices. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Season and serve the salad.
