4 Tbsps White vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

Rinse the lettuce, spin dry, and remove the leaves, and cut into small pieces. Rinse and peel the cucumber. Remove the ends, cut in half lengthwise, and slice. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the core, and cut into pieces. Peel and chop the onion. Rinse the parsley, dry, and chop. Mix the parsley with the vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and sugar in a large bowl.

Mix all the prepared salad ingredients with the dressing. Crumble the feta over the top, season to taste, and serve with white bread.
