1 lemon (Organic zest)

Preparation steps

1.

Boil the milk with the cinnamon stick and cardamom. Add the noodles and almonds and cook on low for 10 minutes, until the noodles are soft.

Remove the cinnamon and cardamom and add cream, sugar and saffron. Boil again and pour into a bowl. Serve warm or cold, garnished with cinnamon and lemon zest.
