Ingredients

for 5 glasses (Á 250 ml)
1 kilogram
Rowan berry
500 grams
Jam sugar (2:1 ratio)

organic Lemon (juiced and zested)

Preparation steps

Step 1/3

Rinse the rowan berries. Simmer with 150 ml (approximately 5 ounces) of water in a saucepan over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Step 2/3

Add the sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well, and simmer another 5 minutes.

Step 3/3

Divide the jam into the sterilized jars, seal tightly, and cool completely.
