- 400 grams Rotelle pasta
- 1 garlic clove
- 8 Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp ground paprika (sweet)
- 100 milliliters Red wine
- 60 grams green Olives (pitted)
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 150 grams Tuna (Canned, in water)
Preparation steps

Cook the rotelle according to package instructions until al dente.

Peel garlic and finely chop. Rinse the tomatoes, quarter, core and dice. Sauté the garlic in hot oil. Add tomato paste and paprika, stir to combine and deglaze with the red wine. Add tomatoes and simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally and if necessary, add extra water. Cut olives into slices and add to the tomato sauce. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Drain the tuna well and flake. Drain the rotelle and transfer to plates. Pour the sauce over the rotelle and spread the tuna on top. Serve hot.
