16 Lamb cutlets
2 sprigs rosemary
2 garlic cloves
1 red chili pepper
1 tsp peppercorns
5 Tbsps olive oil
Sea salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lamb chops, pat dry and tenderize into a flat shape. Cut sprigs of rosemary in half and place on lamb chops. Peel garlic, cut in half and add to lamb chops.

Rinse and chop chile pepper. Crush peppercorns with a pestle and sprinkle with chopped chile pepper over meat. Drizzle chops with oil and marinate covered for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight), turning once.

3.

Remove from marinade and cook on grill while turning for about 8 minutes and season with sea salt. Serve.
