Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Rinse chops, pat dry, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat oil in a pan and cook chops for about 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Arrange on a baking sheet or in a baking dish and cook in preheated oven at 425°F for about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, let rest briefly and serve.
