5 sprigs rosemary
1 lemon (juiced)
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp sugar
4 Tbsps Mustard oil

Preparation steps

Boil a large pot of 1-2 liters (approximately 1-2 quarts) of water with 4 branches of rosemary, lemon, butter and sugar. Rinse asparagus and remove the lower third of the stalk. Carefully slice asparagus in half lengthwise. Boil in the prepared water for 2-4 minutes, then rinse in cold water, drain and pat dry.

2.

Remove leaves from 1 sprig rosemary and add to a warm pan with oil. Briefly add asparagus, then remove, arrange on plates and serve with potatoes or white bread.
