- 1 pkg Bread mix (Ciabatta; 750 g)
- 4 garlic cloves (thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsps rosemary (chopped)
- olive oil
- Sea salt
- Pastry flour (to work)

Preparation steps
1.
Mix bread dough according to the package. From the dough, form 8 patties. Brush each with oil and evenly distribute rosemary and garlic. Sprinkle with salt.
2.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F). Bake for about 15-20 minutes.
To serve: Let cool and serve before or with the meal.
