- 1 organic Organic orange
- 1 lemon
- ¾ l Black tea (orange flavored)
- 100 grams brown Rock candy
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 generous pinch ground Cardamom
- 1 Star fruit
Preparation steps

Rinse the orange in hot water and pat dry. Remove the zest in thin strips. Squeeze the juice fom the orange and the lemon. Bring the tea, juices, orange zest, rock sugar, cinnamon, and cardamom to a boil. Reduce the heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Rinse the star fruit and cut into then slices, then add to the tea mixture.

Pour the punch into glasses, garnish with a slice of orange and star fruit, and serve.
