- 30 grams clarified butter
- 3 Tbsps mixed, coarsely chopped Fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, oregano, chives)
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Scrub the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and let dry. Heat the clarified butter in a hot pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown.

Toss the herbs with the potatoes, season with salt and pepper and serve.
