700 grams starchy potatoes
100 grams butter
150 grams Whipped cream
60 grams Bacon
2 scallions
500 grams green Beans
2 Tbsps butter
1 red chili pepper

Preparation steps

1.

Peel potatoes, rinse and cook in boiling salted water about 25 minutes.

Trim beans, rinse and cook in salted boiling water about 10 minutes. Drain, rinse and drain.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook in hot butter in a ovenproof pan until light brown on one side. Turn over and roast in hot oven (180°C, approximately 350°F) for 10 minutes.

Trim chile, rinse, remove seeds and dice finely. Trim scallions, rinse and cut into rings. Cut the bacon into cubes, sauté briefly in a pan and set aside.

Drain potatoes and mash with a potato masher. Mix in butter, cream and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook chile in hot butter, mix into beans and season with salt.

7.

To serve, distribute mashed potatoes, chicken and beans on plates. Garnish the mashed potatoes with scallions.
