2 egg whites
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sweet ground paprika

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.

Heat water until boiling. Add the almonds and let boil for 1-2 minutes. Drain in a sieve, rinse briefly and press the skin.

3.

Beat the egg white until creamy. Dip the almonds in the egg whites and place on a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and paprika.

4.

Roast the almonds for 15 minutes. Allow to cool on a baking sheet and package.
