- ⅜ cup olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 handful thyme (leaves removed from half)
- 4 Sea bream (ready-to-cook, approx. 350 g each)
- 3 cups cooked, semi-waxy potatoes (finely sliced)
- 2 small pointed pepper (finely sliced)
- 4 scallions (sliced)
- 1 small onion (cut into wedges)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in a fan oven), 400°F, gas 6.

Mix the oil with the lemon juice, paprika and thyme leaves and season with salt and ground black pepper.
3.
Brush the oil onto the fish and place in four small baking dishes or on a deep baking tray. Mix the vegetables with the remaining oil and place around the fish. Top with the thyme sprigs and bake for 25-30 minutes.
