- 4 vine ripened Tomatoes (sliced into 12 piece)
- 12 slices fresh Mozzarella (about 3/4-inch thick)
- 12 slices Baguette (about3/4-inch thick)
- 3 cups Arugula (washed)
- 0.333 cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt (to taste)
- cracked Black pepper (to taste)
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 300 degree F.

In a casserole dish, make two rows, alternating tomato slices, cheese slices, baguette slices and arugula. Drizzle liberally with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until mozzarella is slightly melted. Serve warm.
