Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C in a fan oven), 350°F, gas 4 and line a baking tray with grease-proof paper.
2.
Place the potatoes on the prepared baking tray, drizzle with the Nuttelex and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Roast for 35-40 min.
3.
Beat the Nuttelex until cream and stir in the cinnamon.
4.
Arrange the potatoes on a plate and serve with the cinnamon butter.
