1 Pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Bowl, 1 Slotted spoon, 1 Lid
Preparation steps
1.
Boil the potatoes in a pan of boiling salted water for about 15 minutes until cooked. Drain well.

Mix together the quark and lime juice.
3.
Cut the potatoes in half and place on serving plates. Add a spoonful of quark to each plate and sprinkle with crushed peppercorns. Garnish with mint.
