- 6 large, waxy potatoes
- salt
- 1 can White fish (in water)
- 1 cup natural Yogurt
- 6 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 bunch Chives (finely chopped)
- ½ Cucumber (finely diced)
- peppers (freshly ground)

Preparation steps
1.
Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling salted-water for 20-25 minutes until knife tender.

Drain the tuna fish well.
3.
Mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add the tuna, chives, and cucumber, and stir well, seasoning to taste.
4.
Drain the potatoes and allow to cool briefly. Slice in half and scoop out the centers leaving a.5 cm edge. Place in a round serving or casserole dish cut side up and fill with the tuna fish mixture. Serve immediately.
