- Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 200 grams Natural yogurt
- 50 grams Crème fraiche
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- sugar
- 1 Tbsp toasted Cashews
- 150 grams lamb's lettuce
- 4 Sandwich wraps (about 20 cm diameter)
- 12 slices Roast beef
Preparation steps
1.
Peel the carrot, and coarsely grate or julienne. Mix the yogurt with the creme fraiche and lime juice. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar. Toast the cashews in a dry pan until golden brown. Remove from the heat and coarsely chop. Mix the cashews into the yogurt. Separate the leaves of the lettuce. Rinse the lettuce, trim, and pat dry.
2.
Briefly heat the wraps in a frying pan, so they can be rolled better. Spread the yogurt mixture over the wraps. Top the wraps with the carrots, sliced roast beef, and a leaf of lettuce. Roll the wraps, cut in half, and serve in a bowl.
