sirloin steak (1.5 kg. trimmed)
2 tablespoons
freshly ground Pepper

Preparation steps

Score layer of fat with a sharp knife in a diamond pattern.

Season meat with salt and pepper on all sides well.

Brush with oil.

Place meat on the wore rack (place dripping pan underneath) and roast in preheated oven at 160°C (approximately 325°F) for about 50-60 minutes.

Remove from the oven and wrap in aluminum foil.

Slice and serve warm or cold.
