2 small red onions
2 Tbsps chopped parsley
10 slices Toast
20 slices Roast beef about 30 grams each (approximately 1 ounce each)

Preparation steps

1.

Mix cream cheese, cream, salt and pepper until smooth. Peel the onions. Cut one into thin rings and very finely chop the other. Add parsley and chopped onion to the cream cheese, mix well and season.

Use a round 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2-inch) cookie cutter to cut out 20 rounds from the bread slices. Spread with a thin layer of cream cheese mixture and top with slice of roast beef. Fill a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip with remaining cream cheese mixture and pipe onto the canapes. Garnish with onion rings and parsley leaves.
