If you have time, make your own vinagrette utilizing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey and a little salt and pepper.

- 2 handfuls mixed spring greens (rinsed and gently dried)
- 1 Cucumber (peeled; seeded and diced)
- 1 bunch spring Radish (gently scrubbed)
- 6 slices deli Roast beef
- ¼ cup prepared Salad dressing
- salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- 2 sprigs fresh Dill (to garnish)
Preparation steps

In a salad bowl, combine mixed spring greens, cucumber, and radishes. Toss to combine.

Divide roast beef slices and salad among serving plates. Drizzle with salad dressing and season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs and serve.
