200 grams green Beans
2 Tbsps olive oil
juice of lemons
2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
salt
freshly ground peppers
350 grams Rigatoni
125 grams Feta

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch tomatoes for a few seconds, rinse in cold water, peel, quarter, core and dice. Rinse beans, trim and cook in salted boiling water for about 8 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain well.

Heat oil in a pan. Add 2 tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in creme fraiche.

Cook rigatoni in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

4.

Crumble the feta.

5.

Drain the rigatoni, toss with the sauce, vegetables and cheese and serve in bowls.
