Preparation steps

1.

Toast oats in a small nonstick skillet. Cut mango into 1 cm (approximately 1/2-inch) cubes.

Mix ricotta cheese with quark and 1 tablespoon oats. Stir in honey and lemon juice.

3.

Divide 2/3 of the mango cubes among small, glass dessert bowls. Top with ricotta cheese and quark mixture. Sprinkle with remaining mango cubes and oats.
