Mango Curd with Chocolate and Oats
Peel the mango, cut the flesh away from the core and cut into small cubes. Shave the chocolate chips on a microplane.
Mix the quark with the milk and agave nectar. Mix in the mango cubes, mix (set aside a few for decoration if desired). Place the mango curd in a bowl and top with oats, chocolate to taste and mango cubes. Serve immediately.
