Healthy, because

Even smarter

The rice salad with apricots contains many immune-strengthening substances, such as apiin from celery. This plant substance is able to slow down bacteria, viruses and fungi and thus supports our defences. Through the paprika, vitamin C comes into play, which is also good for our immune system. It also tones our skin. With the rice salad you stay as healthy and young.

Of course you can also prepare the rice salad with dried apricots exclusively with Basmati rice. Alternatively, cooked natural rice is also suitable. This adds ballast and minerals to the salad. Goes well with a stuffed chicken breast.
