16 ozs all-butter Puff pastry (defrosted of frozen)
2 eggs (beaten)
3 cups Feta (crumbled)
2 large Red onions (sliced)
2 large Pear (cored and sliced)
2 thyme (leaves only)

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small bowl, 1 Fine grater, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Peeler, 1 Grater, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Toaster, 1 Knife zum Bestreichen, 1 Kitchen shears

Preparation steps

Heat the oven to 200ºC (180º fan) 400ºF, gas 6.

Roll out the pastry on a floured board to a thickness of 5mm/1/4" and cut into 16 squares. Lay the pastry squares on a greased baking tray.
3.
Brush each pastry square with a little beaten egg and scatter over the feta, onion and pear slices. Bake in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden-brown.
4.
Scatter over the thyme leaves and serve immediately.
