Red Berry Cordial
1 Tablespoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small knife, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small pot, 1 Paper towel, 1 große Non-stick pan, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Slotted spatula
Place the redcurrants and raspberries in a pan and mash them with a fork.
Add the sugar and water and heat gently until the sugar has dissolved, stirring from time to time.
Strain the cordial through a muslin or very fine sieve and let cool.
Serve diluted with equal parts of water, or according to taste.
