- 3 ⅓ cups Cranberry
- ⅓ cup sugar
- mineral water (for topping up)
- sliced Limes (to garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Add the cranberries and sugar to 150 ml water and simmer, covered, for approx. 20 minutes.
2.
Blend to a fine purée and drain in a cloth-lined sieve. Squeeze the remaining juice out of the fruit, cool slightly and then leave to chill completely in the fridge.
3.
Pour into glasses and top up with still or sparkling mineral water in a 1:2 ratio. Garnish with a slice of lime and serve.
