- 2 Chocolate stick
- 3 Chicory
- 3 Golden Delicious Apple
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps Walnut oil
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 1 Tbsp Wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsps Pine nuts
- 1 ¼ cups sheep cheese (roughly sliced)

Preparation steps
1.
Peel the celery sticks and slice thinly.
2.
Cut the bottom of the chicory and take of the leaves. Wash the apples, cut into quarters and core.
3.
Slice thinly and drizzle with lemon juice.
4.
Prepare a dressing with the walnut oil, sunflower oil, wine vinegar, salt and pepper, whisking together in a small mixing bowl. Heat a dry frying pan over a moderate heat and toast the pine nuts in it once hot.
5.
Arrange the chicory leaves, apple slices and celery on four plates. Spoon over the dressing and scatter with roasted pine nuts and cheese.
