Nutritional values

Unlike conventional jam, raspberry chia jam does not contain refined sugar. Raspberries contain abundant antioxidants that protect our body cells from harmful free radicals.

The raspberry chia jam will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week. If you like, you can also freeze the clean-eating spread in portions and then defrost it as needed.
