- ¾ cup Raspberries
- 0.333 cup sugar
- juiced and zested Limes (from two limes)
- ¼ cup water
- Limes (to garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Place the raspberries, sugar, lime juice and zest and water in a small pan and heat very gently until the sugar has dissolved.
2.
Simmer for five minutes then strain through a fine sieve and let the syrup cool.
3.
To serve, dilute about 200 ml of the syrup with still or sparkling water and serve over ice and garnished with the lime slices.
