3 Tbsps powdered sugar
2 Tbsps lemon juice
400 milliliters Coconut milk

Preparation steps

Pick the raspberries and rinse. Puree 200 grams raspberries (approximately 7 ounces), strain through a sieve, and mix in the powdered sugar and lemon juice.

Chill the coconut milk and raspberry puree in refrigerator. 

2.

Before serving, mix the coconut milk and raspberry puree together with a hand blender to form a smoothie. Place ice cubes in glasses and divide the smoothie equally into each glass. Garnish with remaining raspberries and serve.
