200 grams cream cheese
200 grams Cream quark (40% fat)
2 Cress
300 grams Smoked salmon (in slices)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the radishes and cut into slices. Mix the cream cheese with the quark, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Slice the bread, cutting into the loaf, but not cutting the slices all the way through. 

2.

Cut the cress. Between each slice of bread, spread with cream cheese and cover with radishes, salmon, and watercress. 

To transport the bread, wrap tightly in plastic.
